Hybrid training is an approach that combines strength training and cardio endurance (HR training)(Running, rowing, cycling) within one well-rounded program to improve both at the same time. It focuses on overall performance rather than specializing in one discipline, such as lifting heavy one day and running long distances the next.
Examples of this include HYROX-style training.
